1.) Use the form on the request page to request for icons or banners. Those who'll write on my tagboard for requests will be ignored. :) The request page will also be the page wherein I'll put the pending requests I've received.
2.) Credit my icons or banners if you'll use them.
3.) To save an icon/banner, right click on the image then choose Save! Upload it on your own image hosting account (photobucket, imageshack, etc..) please :)
4.) No claiming my icons/banners as your own. Editing them is a no-no either. If you want to make my icons/banners as bases or whatever, go to the resources page and find the link of the image I used there.
5.) Requesting for icons/banners again and again while using different names is a BIG DON'T. I know your IP addresses so it's best if you'll wait for your recent request to be posted then you can request again. IF YOU'RE NICE, I'M NICER ;)
